Bringing Out The Best In People

Grooming the people around me to become a leader.

Constantly, I find myself wanting to bring out the best in people, at least those that want to be better. I’m so fulfilled when I see progress within my own close friend group from old habits they wanted to replace with new habits just by a small shift in their lives.

I won’t take all of the credit for anything, but I can say that I’ve personally identified the seeds that needed nurturing, and again, seeing my own friends become better and better every day really fulfills me.

So because I’m understanding this more about myself (alongside many other things I’ve been able to point out), I want to really focus on my own team, my employees.

I’m brainstorming how I need to be a better CEO, a better employer, a better leader for my team in order for them to get to this mentality that we are grooming leaders within my company. That is the culture that I want to instill because I love to empower the people around me and that work with me. I have no desire to be The Almighty. No no no.

What do I need to clarify?

  • The direction of the company.
  • The culture of the company.
  • The company’s business and developmental goals
  • Where I desire the company to be in the next 6 months.
  • Where I desire the team to be in the next 6 months.

I’m so excited to finally have a crystal clear birds-eye-view of the company and I’m grateful that I’m creating opportunities for people.

I’ll be creating blogs about my process as I go through them, but I really just wanted to get this off of my chest while it’s fresh.
